Our booking and cancellation conditions
Booking
Please note: The booking becomes binding once the deposit has been paid (booking guarantee) and the booking confirmation has been sent. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is not refunded. The deposit amounts to 30% of the accommodation costs. You will receive confirmation of receipt of the booking guarantee. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 90 days before arrival.
Cancellation policy as per Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code
There is no right of cancellation under the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you the right to cancel your booking under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Article 1382 of the Italian Civil Code.
- In the event of cancellation by the guest between the 60th day before the agreed arrival date and the arrival date itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
- Cancellation between 60 days and 30 days before the arrival date: deposit retained
- Cancellation between 30 days and 7 days before the arrival date: 70% of the agreed total rate
- Cancellation fewer than 7 days before the arrival date: 90% of the agreed total rate
- In the event of a no-show or early departure of the guest, the full amount for the entire booked period is owed.
- Any deposit already paid will be deducted from the cancellation fees.
