Thanks to its panoramic position above the Eppan valley basin, you can enjoy the idyllic tranquillity of this historical hamlet with views of the Dolomites and Bolzano.

The quickest way to reach us in Eppan
- Coming from the south and north, leave the A22 Brenner motorway at the Bolzano Sud exit and then take the Merano-Bolzano expressway (MEBO).
- On the MEBO, take the first exit towards Eppan.
- Drive along the Wine Road until you reach the right turn towards St. Michael.
- When you reach the centre, take the road to Berg and turn right onto Via Monte/Bergstrasse.
- Now follow the main road for 1,500 metres, pass Ansitz Weissenheim on your right, and then turn right after another 100 metres.
- After 200 metres, turn into the entrance on your left: you’ve arrived at your holiday home!
