The Three Castles Walk

Set off directly from your holiday home on the Three Castles Walk, which takes you to Korb Castle, Hocheppan Castle, and Boymont Castle. During this beautiful circular hike, you can enjoy the unique view of the Oltradige/Überetsch valley with the villages of St. Pauls, Eppan, and Girlan. The Montiggl forest and the impressive Dolomite peaks of Mt Sciliar/Schlern and Mt Catinaccio/Rosengarten complete the panorama.

The ice holes at the foot of Mt Ganda/Gandberg

An especially idyllic hike takes you from St. Michael (30 minutes’ walk from Ansitz Montani) to a mystical place in 1.5 hours: the ice holes at the foot of Mt Ganda/Gandberg, which will be sure to fascinate and delight you. On the way back, take a break at the Gleif chapel to enjoy a stunning view over the entire Oltradige/Überetsch valley.
